Inventory Menu
This section will cover Items, Matrix Items, Departments and Categories and Physical Inventory
Finance Menu
In this topic you will find information on Customer Accounts, OpSuite Stored value which can be used as gift cards and Three way Match. These are additional features of OpSuite than can be added to your solution.
Merchandising Menu
The Merchandising section of OpSuite contains Purchase Orders, Transfer Orders, Receivers (Used for both purchase orders and transfer orders) as well as an optional feature call Item Distribution, which can be used for cross docking or pre-allocation

This section of OpSuite manages Customers, Suppliers and Employees
Tools Menu
In the Tools menu of OpSuite 5 you will find great ways to manage the data used to drive your business. Data Imports allows you to insert and/or change, in bulk, items into your database. Data Management, allows you to filter items to change in bulk
Admin Menu
The Admin section contains many sub menus. Click the "Admin Menu" above to see an explanation of each sub menu or click individual articles below to go directly to that topic.
Campaigns Menu
Campaigns are made up of points and promotions. They are a way to reward your customers and bring in more sales. Coupons are also in this section. Note these features work ONLY with OpSuite POS.
Point of Sale Menu
This section of OpSuite contains controls and settings for OpSuite POS devices as well as Discount and receipt configuration.
Setup Menu
This menu contains company settings for the entire OpSuite instance. This includes logo's, auto numbering, units of measure and names for custom fields among others.
