Dashboard

The landing page after logging into OpSuite Office will be the Dashboard.  The Dashboard will display a selection of KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators.  These KPIs can be moved, resized, renamed, edited, and/or removed.  To Edit, Rename or Remove a particular KPI, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the KPI box.  To resize, simply click on the bottom, side or corners, and reduce or enlarge to you desired size.

Editing KPI Data

Let's start by editing our Top Sales KPI Chart.

Click the gear icon in the top right corner, then select Edit.

Here you will select the information you want displayed on that particular KPI.  You can change the Locations included, the number of records it shows (Top X), how you want the sales to be sorted (example: Sort sales by department or by item), and the start / end date of the data.  When completed, click Done, and the updated KPI will appear.

 Selecting KPIs

Dashboard KPIs can be added to separate tabs, to allow for a wider range of available data.  Start by clicking on the New Tab icon.  You will then be able to select the KPI panels you which to see on that tab.  Once you have added all the KPIs you want to view, click Done.  The data on the added KPIs can differ from those on the first tab of the Dashboard, allowing you to fully customize the data you see on your Dashboard.
