Company Setup
 
The Company Setup section of OpSuite is the base in which your enterprise is created within the program.  It houses the enterprise location and preferences.  Because many users do not have access to this section, a brief overview of the information and preferences will be done.  Should you have any questions regarding your company's setup, please contact your Implementation Specialist.
 
 
 
Company Information
 
The Company Information section houses the basic information about the enterprise.  Such as the name of the enterprise, address, and phone number.  Other information includes selecting the Fiscal Year Start Date, as some companies start their fiscal year in July, as opposed to January.  Making a change to the Fiscal Year information could impact your reports.

 
 
Company Settings
 
Logos
Logos can be imported to personalize your OpSuite experience.  The logos that uploaded are the default for receipts printed at the point of sale.
 
Options
The Options tab is made up of 5 other tabs that allows the enterprise to customize the OpSuite experience.
 

Items

This tab controls at what level items flow, your desired units of measure and other miscellaneous settings in regards to items:

 Orders

This tab contains settings for Purchase Orders, Transfer Orders, Receivers and your method of costing.

Customers

This section controls various settings for customers and also allows for renaming of 15 fields associated to customers.
